Rob Quickenden
Resident Engineer, producer and owner
Rob started at Ford Lane 1998 as an assistant, becoming resident engineer in 2002. Around this time he signed to Lumenessence records and released albums and singles under the artist name Backini. In 2009 Rob bought the business and continues to work with both established and developing artists whilst also writing and producing. Proud to wear many hats he’s just as happy co-writing as he is taking an assistant role for other engineers.
Joe Dennis
Freelance Engineer
Joe joined the studio in 2013 having developed a passion for audio engineering. A reluctant bass player, soundsmith and thoroughly nice chap.
Ryan Gorringe
Freelance engineer and producer
Ryan started working at Ford Lane in 2014 and works with a large roster of artists who share Ryan’s artistic vision. With an emphasis on production Ryan is also happy fulfiling various roles in the studio.
